Problem Identification

Patients often experience unnecessary delays and confusion when visiting hospitals for appointments. From unclear appointment statuses to long billing queues and difficulty navigating within the hospital, these hurdles increase stress, reduce patient satisfaction, and waste time. Many patients also arrive late due to traffic or delays in planning their visit.

Our Approach

To address these pain points, we focused on designing a feature within the existing Max My Health app that streamlines the appointment journey. The goal was to reduce manual effort, enhance transparency, and deliver a proactive, stress-free hospital visit experience through a single touchpoint—Appointment Status.
